This is a high-impact, Staff-level opportunity where you'll:
Act as the technical lead for the Data Engineering team, guiding architectural decisions and best practices

Partner closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Product to evolve a modern, scalable data platform

Drive the transition from reactive pipelines to productised, event-driven, and real-time data solutions

Stay deeply hands-on-writing production code, influencing platform direction, and mentoring engineers across levels
