Role:
  • The Senior Technical Program Manager will be a key member of the Professional Services team, overseeing the implementation and deployment of the company’s platform for new customers. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, resource planning, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, managing project scope, identifying risks, and driving process improvements to enhance overall execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer-facing implementation projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings, regular client updates, and internal resource planning sessions.
  • Own the full project lifecycle, including budget oversight, governance, risk management, and project closure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and technical requirements.
  • Manage project scope changes, proactively addressing potential risks and aligning teams on mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer success, and product management, to drive successful solution delivery.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, optimize efficiency, and ensure seamless execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to drive engagement, trust, and long-term success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of program management experience within a professional services or enterprise software environment, leading complex technical implementations.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or enterprise software.
  • A strong track record of managing multiple concurrent projects, leveraging project management tools to track deliverables and performance.
  • Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders in a client-facing role.
  • Strong collaborative communication and influencing skills, ensuring alignment across diverse teams.
  • Deep experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical workflows, or scientific research environments—especially related to drug discovery, biologics, automation, or emerging modalities.
  • Background in GxP compliance or familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience managing project deployments in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders, driving progress and clarity.
  • Agile project management experience in a customer-facing technical deployment environment.
