Amazon is hiring a Senior Product Manager for theVendor Investigations & Transaction Accuracy (VITA) team todrive development of our fraud investigations case managementsolutions. The team is responsible for delivering innovative casemanagement products through agile execution to ensure successfuldeployment of new features. In this role, you must be able tocoordinate across teams to facilitate seamless product developmentand testing. Amazon businesses are growing rapidly, creating adynamic environment with many opportunities. This positionspearheads our efforts to improve global fraud investigations andcase management through product innovation. You will closelycollaborate with customers to deeply understand their needs anddevelop solutions to address those needs. You will set thestrategic vision and roadmap for fraud case management products.You will manage product initiatives and work with system owners,business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, andinvestigators worldwide to drive end-to-end enhancements andvisibility into our fraud detection and prevention suite. Thrivingin a fast-paced, demanding environment is critical. The idealcandidate is a self-driven quick learner able to efficiently managemultiple high-priority, cross-functional product initiatives withleadership visibility to enable Amazon's scaling. Key jobresponsibilities 1. Develop a deep understanding of customer needsin fraud investigations and case management workflows. 2. Definethe product strategy, vision, and roadmap for fraud investigationscase management solutions. 3. Translate business opportunities intodetailed product requirements and user stories. 4. Manage theproduct development lifecycle, including discovery, requirementsgathering, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and continuousreleases. 5. Prioritize requirements and define minimum viableproducts, balancing trade-offs between time, effort, investment,and value. 6. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring executionagainst the product roadmap and alignment with broaderorganizational goals. 7. Define and monitor success metrics tomeasure product adoption, performance, and business value creation.8. Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and marketingteams to support product development and go-to-market strategies.9. Develop subject matter expertise in fraud detection, prevention,and investigations solutions. 10. Identify future needs andopportunities to evolve systems, processes, and solutions throughprototyping and innovation. 11. Proactively mitigate risks andaddress potential failure modes throughout the product lifecycle.12. Influence technical priorities and business strategy throughdata-driven contributions and effective stakeholder management. 13.Mentor and coach team members on product management best practices.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 1. 5+ years of product or program management,product marketing, business development or technology experience.2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3. Experience owning/drivingroadmap strategy and definition. 4. Experience with end to endproduct delivery. 5. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffsof a product. 6. Experience as a product manager or owner. 7.Experience owning technology products. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1.Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driveninsights. 2. Experience working across functional teams and seniorstakeholders.
