YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and adaptable Sr. Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role (in office and from home). The Analytics group (Redbox) is focused on data analysis, measurement, and storytelling. We tackle consumer insights, audience exploration, brand health, competitive analysis, media attribution, media accountability, data dashboarding and advanced modeling using traditional and non-traditional data sources. We aim to guide clients’ media effectiveness measurement to be holistic, capture incrementality, and focus on business outcomes.

As a Sr. Analyst you will drive day-to-day analytics excellence for our clients, promote data-driven decision making across the agency and with our clients, and collaborate with New Business, Strategy, and Account Teams. The Analytics group provides direction and strategic thinking in data science.

Responsibilities
  • Transform raw data into engaging visuals and compelling stories; bring data and research to life for clients and choose visuals and mediums to deliver the message.
  • Translate clients’ business questions into actionable measurement frameworks.
  • Generate quantitative and qualitative consumer and market research including:
    • Demographic, psychographic, and behavioral profiling
    • Media channel coverage, penetration, receptivity
    • Brand health deep dives
    • Competitive analysis
  • Help media team understand historical media performance, optimize media budget, and allocate budget across multiple channels.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in the marketing analytics space.
  • Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards to support media investment decision making
  • Experience with media research tools (e.g., YouGov, MRI-Simmons, Scarborough, GWI, Vivvix, Pathmatics, Nielsen Media Impact)
  • Hands-on experience with MMM, MTA, experimentation, or brand lift studies
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques (multivariate regression, optimization, clustering, forecasting)
  • Familiarity with programming languages is a plus (R, Python, dbt, SQL)
Location

This role is hybrid and requires working onsite at our New York office, with flexibility to work from home too.

Salary

75,000-90,000. Commensurate with experience. Compensation determined by skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure, and role requirements.
