About the Role

As a Senior Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for providing show insights to the business, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization, helping shape strategies by providing data-led insights and conducting extra research where feasible.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and consolidating insights using quantitative and qualitative research methods

• Developing data-driven insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and patterns

• Helping the event teams improve product and service offerings through customer understanding

• Performing analytics, modelling, data management, or reporting solutions

• Contributing to process improvements using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues

Providing support and guidance to colleagues who may have less experience

Requirements

• Have knowledge and experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, customer insights, storytelling and stakeholder communication

• Be skilled in using analytics tools and software

• Be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

• Ensure & implement best practices in your area of expertise

• Have knowledge of how your area integrates with others and the competition

• Independently manage project and present the findings to key stakeholders

• Be able to solve complex problems using existing solutions
