Requirements:
We are looking for a SQL Developer with advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016+ and T-SQL. You should have expertise in performance tuning for T-SQL queries and proficiency with SSRS, SSIS, and Visual Studio (BI Stack). A strong understanding of data warehousing principles and database design is essential, along with experience in database management, capacity planning, and performance optimisation. Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot, are also required. We value excellent data analysis and visualisation capabilities, familiarity with N-Tier Architecture, design patterns, and best practices, and experience with unit testing frameworks and dependency injection/inversion of control.

Your responsibilities are:
In this role, you will enhance our existing data warehouse to reduce manual tasks and integrate inbound data streams while automating secure data loading processes. You will monitor and oversee incoming and outgoing data submissions to ensure accuracy and completion. Applying business logic to data loads, including de-duplication, error correction, and handling invalid data, will be crucial. You'll improve the preparation and timeliness of data submissions to underwriters and client money transfers and collaborate with teams to streamline reconciliation processes between underwriting and finance. Additionally, you will develop mechanisms to identify and correct data rule breaches to enable continuous improvement, execute database queries, perform analyses, create reports or visualisations, and maintain and update technical documentation.
