Global, award winning events business seeks a talented Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their fast growing events team selling bespoke sponsorship and exhibition packages to global clients.

The Senior Business Development Manager role focuses on selling sponsorship and exhibition packages across our client's range of industry leading global b2b conferences which sit within a highly lucrative market.

The position will also involve lots of international travel to global events and client meetings, mainly to the US.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in b2b conference sponsorship and/or ideally exhibition sales.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving excellent revenue results.

  • Ideally degree educated

  • Highly organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage time to maximize productivity and achieve goals.

  • High emotional intelligence, skilled in building and sustaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Highly consultative sales approach

  • Personable and enthusiastic, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach—a true team player committed to collective success.
