As an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, you will ensure the success of the company’s largest and most complex customers by illustrating how the platform will provide maximum value to their company at every interaction. Using your stand-out personality, you will engage with prospects from a technical perspective, determine new solutions, design and conduct Proofs of Value (POV) and be an expert in the business’ products.


This role is highly impactful and one in which is a key player in the organisation. We’re looking for an individual who can speak both Spanish and English, and you will cover the EMEA region.


Responsibilities

  • Become an expert around our clients’ solutions and service offerings, including SaaS business solutions, implementation methodologies and other advanced service offerings
  • Understand customer's goals and challenges and establish a POV scope that will demonstrate the product's value to the customer
  • Manage all technical aspects of a complex POV and keep within the scope of work
  • Understanding prospective clients’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor to all of their needs
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and demonstrations of all of the Company’s solutions, articulately and confidently
  • Respond effectively to POV questions and technical roadblocks that the customer may be facing
  • Work with the Account Executive to build effective strategies to drive the POV
  • Ensure the success of customer POV through hands-on delivery, effective management of acceptance criteria and issue escalation/resolution.


Qualifications

  • A STEM degree (or equivalent)
  • >8 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer/Technical Consultant or similar role selling complex software to enterprise customers
  • Some training in value-based selling (QBS, TAS, Demo to Win, etc.)
  • Knowledge of all things data (database technologies, RDBMS, NoSQL, ETL, data architecture)
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and Python
  • Demonstrated experience working with relational databases & cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks or GCP
  • Experience with other BI or analytical tools
  • Demonstrated experience of data modeling, data warehousing, data integration, web services, etc.
  • Experience with enterprise customer architectures, cloud computing, data platforms and sources (e.g. SAP, Snowflake, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, JIRA, etc.)
  • Knowledge of other coding languages (e.g. Python, R, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.);
  • Strong experience delivering world-class software presentations, writing RFPs, PoCs and delivering engaging demos
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to solve business and technical problems
  • Knowledge of related applications, SaaS models, relational databases, and web technologies
  • Inspirational presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organisational capabilities – project coordination, time management, attention to detail
  • Adaptable to change and embracing of fast paced environments
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills; any other European language considered a bonus
