To meet the growing demands of our clients, we are looking for exceptional individuals passionate about driving digital transformation and delivering outstanding results.Role overview:As a Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in delivering architecture-led solutions (Cloud, Hybrid, or On-Premise), and covering the spectrum of architecture domains to our clients. You will facilitate the alignment of goals and objectives with decisions regarding all layers of the solutions: Business, Information, Application, and Technology. You will be developing solution designs using a repeatable approach to deliver the desired business outcome. You will work independently or as part of a team delivering a contractual solution, providing expert client-side consultancy, mentoring, design authority, project delivery, or acting as a “trusted advisor” and/or “subject matter expert” to clients and internal teams alike.Responsibilities:Deliver class leading IT Enterprise/Solution Architecture & high quality consulting.Realise business outcomes by leveraging architecture & technology.Work with both the business and IT to ensure that the correct solutions are in place to support the needs of our clients.Assist clients in understanding the benefits of a properly architected IT solution and the approaches and methods involved.Take responsibility for the solution architecture definition and realisation through the project delivery lifecycle.Take end-to-end responsibility for the architecture definition and realisation through the project delivery lifecycle.Assist in the development of Affinity Reply intellectual property.Ownership and creation of Solution Architectures including all associated artefacts, such as High Level Designs, Solution Options, Impact Assessments, and Readiness Reviews to deliver a holistic solution domain.About the candidate:Excellent and proven design capabilities, covering Conceptual, Logical & physical architectures, with experience in architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF.Confidence to present solutions and influence stakeholders.Experience of the full software development lifecycle, along with an appreciation of quality assurance, continuous integration/delivery, and the benefits of automation; experience and understanding of Agile practices and the impact on solution design and delivery.Preferably Cloud Enabled, understanding key cloud technologies, ideally AWS or Azure, and concepts of SaaS. Additionally, understanding of Data Architecture and Data Modelling and able to articulate the key impacts across this domain.Strong systems analysis skills which translate into solution architecture and holistic designs.Ability to develop relationships and quickly build rapport with key stakeholders; exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organisation – written, verbal, visual communications.Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities - ability to initiate discussion and influence outcomes, working with a high degree of autonomy on delivering outcomes that exceed client expectations.Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and information, and articulate their collective relevance to the organisation; confidence to present solutions and influence stakeholders.Demonstrates and maintains a broad knowledge of technology solutions, current trends and techniques and actively communicates new technology developments.Reply is an Equal Opportunities Employer and committed to embracing diversity in the workplace.
