Role: Implementation Manager
Location: Kidderminster (On-site Initially, Hybrid Later, Includes Client Visits)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Network IT are looking for an exceptional Software Implementation Manager to join a successful software house. This individual requires experience of man management, specifically resources that support the implementation of in-house developed software into their client base.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing and supporting 12 direct reports consisting of project managers, stakeholder management and data analysts. These resources are split across 3 teams, managing 15 implementation projects at a given time.
The successful candidate requires a UK Driving License and Personal Vehicle, as they will be visiting client sites regularly.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee your teams’ management of the full implementation lifecycle for new software customers, from handover to go-live
Manage and coach a team of consultants, analysts, and project leads
Ensure project milestones, resource planning, and team utilisation are effectively tracked and balanced
Champion delivery standards and customer experience through clear communication and structured processes
Drive continuous improvement in delivery materials, frameworks, and internal tools
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery risks and maintain customer trust
Provide performance insights to leadership, flagging opportunities and challenges
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Conduct on-site visits to observe and support implementationsExperience Required

Proven experience managing software implementation or SaaS delivery teams
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
Organised, structured approach to balancing delivery timelines, resource constraints, and customer expectations
Comfortable leading transformation projects across departments like sales, finance, logistics, and operations
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Confident managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently
