Requirements:

As a key member of our team, you will join a technical squad composed of QA, Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to take up challenges related to new functionalities, scalability, security, ergonomics, etc. You will participate in the quality assurance of one of Sidetrade's main products "Cash Apps" by defining and implementing test scenarios, improving automated test coverage, and contributing to the entire development cycle. Collaborate on QA guild projects to research and enhance automation solutions, while constantly upskilling through continuous exchanges with colleagues, including internal hackathons.   • Cypress & PlayWright (Typescript/Javascript)
  • Postman
  • SQL


Technical Environment:

  • React, JavaScript/TypeScript, ASP.NET MVC & WebForms
  • C# .NET & .NET Core & .NET 6, Python
  • Oracle, Postgres, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ
  • Ansible, Octopus, Docker
  • Linux, Windows
  • Tools: Visual Studio, VS Code, PyCharm, Azure DevOps services, git, SonarQube, Jira, Confluence, Teams


What you'll bring with you:

  • 3+ years' experience as a QA Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools and methods (Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of continuous integration (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, K6 or Gatling
  • Experience on API tests (REST/SOAP) via Postman or equivalent
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL language
  • Familiar with the issues involved in web development
  • Understand and challenge a rich technical stack (Micro-services, High-availability, Multitenancy, Data Lake)
  • Knowledge of Gherkin is a plus
