What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design End-to-End Experiences– Craft seamless, inclusive user journeys using a central design system, blending UI and content with purpose.
  • Prototype Like a Pro– Create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or Axure to bring your concepts to life.
  • Champion the User– Use research insights and usability testing to inform your designs, ensuring they meet real user needs while aligning stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines– Work closely with developers, product managers, and researchers to turn ideas into beautifully executed digital products.
  • Design for Everyone– Build accessible, inclusive solutions that cater to users of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
  • Work Within (and Improve) Design Systems– Leverage and contribute to existing design systems, ensuring scalable, consistent design across digital products.


About You:

  • Experienced UX Designerwith a strong portfolio showcasing your UX and interaction design work across complex digital environments.
  • Expert in Prototypingand visualising user flows—from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
  • User Research Savvy– You’re comfortable interpreting both qualitative and quantitative research and turning insights into action.
  • Financial Services Know-How– Experience in a regulated or complex industry is a big plus.
  • Delivery Minded– You’re not just a thinker; you’re a doer. You own your designs through to delivery.
  • Team Player– You thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams and bring others along the journey.
  • Inclusivity Advocate– Passionate about accessibility and building products that everyone can use, regardless of ability.
