This is a genuinely exciting time to join our Trading Team as we continue to expand - be a part of our success story in 2025 and beyond.

You will play an important role leading a small team working to develop our trading capabilities and enable each trading desk to deliver outstanding results with greater agility, productivity and effectiveness.

How will I spend my time in this role?

  • Provide coaching, mentoring and support to team members and to the wider in-house trading analytics and quantitative analyst / development community;
  • Design, develop and maintain / improve in-house tools enable refinement of trading strategies and support data-driven decision-making;
  • Deployment of data science and automation techniques to assist in trading decision making and trade execution (Algo Trading);
  • Develop and maintain the data repositories required to effectively support data-driven decision making;
  • Develop and maintain data flows in and out of our databases;
  • Provide bespoke analysis to the trading group as requested.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Experience leading a team developing analytical solutions, ideally for a production environment;
  • Knowledge and experience working with technologies such as Python, VBA, C#, C++;
  • Experience of quantitative modelling techniques with the ability to create complex financial models.
