The role

Due to the continual success and growth of the division we are looking for an experienced Executive Researcher to join our London office, providing market insights and support to deliver on high profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Some of the key responsibilities include;

  • Working closely with the Executive Search team to provide research support for live retained mandates and other market-mapping projects

  • Track progress and record data with a view to creating an overarching database and talent pool

  • Present progress / update reports to stakeholders in both qualitative and quantitative reporting

  • Engage proactively with prospective candidates through specific head hunting techniques.

  • Following initial candidate screening, lead on all candidate engagement and relationship management.

  • Work with partners to produce shortlist and candidate profiling

  • Proactively expand your market knowledge through events attendance, access to all leading market literature and an unrivalled team of consultants who have first-rate market knowledge.

    About you

    You’ll be an accomplished Executive Research or Delivery Consultant with an effective and articulate communication style.

    Exceptional academic credentials, a thirst for knowledge and the tenacity and enthusiasm to approach industry leaders about only the most suitable of C-suite opportunities are all essential attributes to succeed in this role.
