We're looking for a Senior Reporting Analyst who thrives on solving complex reporting challenges, delivering clean, insightful visualisations, and shaping best practices in data storytelling and report automation. This is a chance to work at scale-contributing to one of the UK's most complex, multi-year infrastructure projects.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing

Design, develop, and manage robust Power BI dashboards and reports for large-scale project environments.
Apply advanced DAX and Power Query (M) to transform, model, and analyse project and control system data.
Lead stakeholder workshops to capture requirements, clarify needs, and build high-impact reports that drive business decisions.
Use visual analytics and design principles to present data in clear, intuitive formats tailored to a variety of audiences.
Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, providing sharp, actionable insights.
Act as a technical coach and mentor to peers-promoting development standards and upskilling others.
Stay ahead of the curve by championing innovation in BI tooling, automation, and Power Platform capabilities.âś… We're Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills:

5+ years of hands-on Power BI development with deep expertise in DAX and Power Query (M).
Proven record of delivering performance reporting in complex infrastructure project environments.
Strong experience working with data from Project Controls systems (e.g., Primavera, P6, etc.).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong communicator-able to translate technical insights into meaningful business narratives.
Attention to detail, visual design sensibility, and a commitment to high-quality outputs.
Able to manage multiple reporting priorities across large programmes and meet tight deadlines.Desirable Experience:

Background in Project Controls (e.g., planning, cost, risk, or change management).
Experience integrating data from SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems.
Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint development.
Previous involvement in executive-level reporting, board packs, and strategic dashboards.
