We are currently looking for a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join the Fixed Ie research team within the trading division of a major financial institution in London. 2. Context This role sits within a team focused on designing and developing models, methods, and tools that support risk management and trading strategy development across linear and fixed ie desks. The team works in close collaboration with traders, pricing quants, and data scientists to create robust, actionable tools for real-time decision-making.

3. Main Objectives

Define and develop statistical models to generate trading signals Collaborate with quantitative developers responsible for pricing libraries topute advanced market inputs Work alongside data scientists to explore the integration of AI-based methodologies Build and deploy automated trading strategies in close coordination with front-office traders Perform extensive testing to ensure robustness and reliability of signals and strategies Document methods, results, and workflows in coordination with quant and trading teams

4. IT and Strong Skills

Required:

Proficiency in Python Experience with statistical modeling and signal generation Strong analytical and programming skills

Preferred:

Experience working on model development in a front-office environment Understanding of fixed ie products and market dynamics

5. Soft Skills

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (quants, traders, data scientists) Strongmunication skills (both written and verbal) Rigorous, detail-oriented, andmitted to delivering high-quality results Capacity to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities

6. Mandatory Requirements

5+ years of experience in quantitative research or trading strategy development Experience in developing tools or strategies for fixed ie markets Proficiency in Python and experience in a quantitative research environment Previous experience working with trading desks or within a front-office quant team is a strong plus
