Job Description

TheSenior Project Managerprimary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection from initiation to completion which includes managing project budgets, communicating to the client on progress in field, trouble shooting and providing solutions to aid completion to deadline and ensuring that Profiles, Health standards are met on all aspects of the process and coordinating the day-to-day activities involved with running individual projects and resolving, recording and reporting issues that may jeopardize the team’s ability to complete the projects in a timely and cost effective manner.

  • Review all project documentation provided by client services with manager and identify issues that jeopardise the ability to complete the project on time and within budget or impact the project’s gross margin. If necessary, provide recommendations to client service and partner with them to obtain revised quote on project.
  • Manage internal project kick off meeting with sales, panel and programming to review materials, finalize all project requirements and determine timelines and schedules. Work directly with the client to review all project materials and schedule and make changes as needed.
  • Provide consistent updates to client on status on project during fielding process on a frequent basis either via email or phone. Provide recommendations to panel team to maximize sample while in field.
  • Ensure the project is completed on time and ensure all panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner. Provide Finance team will all financial metrics required to complete billing and invoice process; deliver final bill to client.


Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology or Sociology, Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years experience in Marketing Research preferred
  • Experience in Healthcare data collections preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or similar platform, Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail
