Based in London (Holborn), we’re on an exciting growth journey in the online beauty space. At Noli, our vibrant culture drives everything we do – we’re ambitious, curious, and deeply committed to empowering our team and our users. We put people first, embrace innovation, and foster a creative, inclusive environment where everyone thrives.

Your Role

At Noli, personalisation isn't just a feature; it's the core of our DNA. We're seeking a highly strategic and outcome-focusedSenior Product Manager to lead ourPersonalisation pod. You'll be the architect of seamless, individualised experiences that transform how users discover and engage with beauty. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, user-centric design, and data-driven optimisation, empowering you to significantly impact Noli's growth and success.

You'll lead the charge in deeply integrating personalised experiences within the e-commerce platform, leveraging the advanced recommendations from the Beauty Engine pod. Your focus will be laser-sharp: maximising key business metrics – CVR, AOV, and ultimately, net sales per session. You’ll ensure that every touchpoint, from product discovery to checkout, feels tailored and relevant. This expands beyond recommendations to encompass personalised promotions, curated site content, targeted CRM interactions, and more. This role does not include the development or optimisation of the recommendation engine itself; that responsibility resides with a dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling product strategies, strong leadership skills, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ignite Engagement with Personalised Recommendations and experiences:Cultivate a deep understanding of user behaviour and preferences to maximise engagement with our personalised recommendations and features. Focus on building trust and excitement in our recommendation, encouraging users to interact, explore, and return for more.
  • Maximise Revenue Through Personalisation:Own the bottom-line impact of personalisation. Your focus is relentlessly driving key business metrics, including net sales per session, customer lifetime value, and overall user engagement. Set ambitious targets, rally the team around these KPIs, and rigorously analyse data to identify optimisation opportunities. Continuously adapt strategies based on data-driven insights to maximise the financial impact of personalised experiences. Report regularly and proactively on KPI progress, showcasing the value of personalisation to the business.
  • Shape the vision for Personalised Beauty at Noli:Define the strategic vision for personalisation at Noli, going beyond features to create truly individualised and curated experiences. Inspire the organisation with your innovative approach, translating your vision into a compelling roadmap that drives significant business impact and provides users amazing services that they become addicted. Be bold, think big, and shape the future of personalised beauty.
  • Craft Seamless, High-Converting Journeys:Collaborate closely with the Beauty Engine and E-com pods to seamlessly integrate their cutting-edge recommendations and create a cohesive, high-converting and irresistible user experience. Optimise every touchpoint, from discovery to post-purchase, maximising conversion rates and cultivating customer loyalty.
  • Expand the Personalisation Horizon:Extend your strategic influence beyond product recommendations, envisioning personalised promotions, dynamic site content, tailored CRM communications, and more. Continuously explore new avenues for personalisation across the entire Noli ecosystem, driving innovation and maximising business impact through rigorous A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Be the Data-Driven Champion:Let data be your guide. Champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to inform your product strategy, prioritise initiatives, and rigorously measure the impact of personalisation efforts. Partner closely with the Beauty Engine pod to refine algorithms and push the boundaries of personalised experiences, constantly iterating and optimising for maximum impact.
