The opportunity
Unity (NYSE: U) enables creators to build and grow successful games and real-time experiences. Unity’s Ads group enables creators and advertisers to turn games into businesses. We’re looking for a seasoned product manager to join our Advertiser’s Experience team who has experience with B2B / B2C complex and high scale platforms. In this role, you won't just create products; you'll shape experiences that resonate with millions daily, leading from strategic inception to hands-on execution. Your customers are advertisers who try to find and acquire the highest quality users at scale on our networks. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed and is as comfortable talking customers and senior stakeholders as to team members and engineers.

What you'll be doing
Define, own, and deliver on OKRs that bring value to our customer Define and refine key KPIs that act as a proxy for customer experience Work closely with product peers, design, business stakeholders, engineers, and data scientists to plan and execute the strategy of our core product offering - User Acquisition Engage in hands-on Product Management tasks, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and ideation to implementation, and ultimately, feature evolution
What we're looking for
Experience in product management ( developing product vision, roadmaps, writing product requirement, and shipping high impact products) Proven technical background with understanding hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Data savvy. Ability to analyze test results, dig deep into data, form hypotheses and make data driven recommendations. Ability to articulate strategy and define roadmap Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the company (English)
