What does a Senior Product Lead do at Hogarth?

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Lead to define the product vision, strategy, and execution for WPP Open Production Studio, our cutting-edge AI-powered marketing production platform. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-driven marketing solutions, working closely with a talented team of engineers, designers, and data scientists. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing platform within a dynamic and innovative environment.

This role reports to the Chief Product & AI Officer.

You will work closely with our Strategic Consulting, production, AI development and WPP Open teams.

The Lead Product Manager leads the Production Studio product portfolio building a new-generation suite of AI-driven content automation services.

Requirements

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the Production Studio product roadmap, collaborating closely with delivery and engineering teams.
  • Partner with engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, removing roadblocks and facilitating communication.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Product & AI Officer on overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leading product leadership meetings.
  • Define and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for Production Studio Apps, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI, machine learning, and marketing technology.
  • Translate the product vision into a clear, actionable roadmap, prioritising features based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Manage and maintain a prioritised product backlog, reflecting the latest product strategy and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to define detailed epics and roadmaps linked to strategic outcomes.
  • Validate, prioritise, and integrate new product requests into the roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and resource allocation. Lead validation and design of new product ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Align roadmaps and manage dependencies with other product leads for a cohesive product offering.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in product management, with a focus on AI-powered SaaS platforms and marketing technology.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute product strategy, from vision to delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring product teams.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and emerging trends in AI and machine learning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Experience in roadmap creation, backlog management, and prioritisation of product features.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Passion for innovation and driving the development of cutting-edge marketing solutions.
