Senior Product Designer | eCommerce | £70-80k + 10% Bonus | London (Hybrid)

Working for a large global B2C eCommerce business in the entertainment space who are about to launch a brand-new marketplace / ticketing agency and is looking at scaling market share from 1% to 20% in the next 2 years!

Location:Covent Garden, London (Hybrid - 2 days week in office)

The Senior Product Designer will report into the Head of Design and work closely with the marketing & ticketing teams to ensure products delivers a great customer experience. They will also work on existing products, BAU and internal tools, have a continuous testing approach to ensure only the best-in-class design solutions are delivered.

The Senior Product Designer will:

• Successfully deliver a variety of in-life and discovery stage projects.
• Provide engaging and intuitive user experiences across digital products.
• Test design concepts with customers and iterate designs in response to customer feedback.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers and Data Analysts to ensure designs meet business, customer and technical needs.

The Senior Product Designer must have:

• Previous experience in a Product Design/UX role in a transactional eCommerce environment, from any sector such as retail, travel, hotels, holidays, airlines, ticketing, finance, insurance, price comparison, etc.
• Ideally experience of Sketch, Abstract, Zeplin, Figma, InVision, Adobe CC.
• Design experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience working with Design Systems
