Salary:£47,683+ (Depending on skills and experience)

What you'll be doing:

  • Help drive data cleanse for digital transformation projects
  • Support the Team Leader and Manager in the definition & delivery of specific Air Procurement automation projects, involving cross-functional working, to achieve the agreed project outcomes and realisation of quantified benefits
  • Support the measurement, reporting and forecasting of Air Procurement data management and controls
  • Identify and promote opportunities for improvement, through process simplification and standardisation, introduction of new capability, and/or expansion of existing solutions and practices
  • Provide support to Air Service Delivery Unit (SDU) (including KSA) in terms of user communication and training on existing and new capabilities


Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, fostering close & trusting relationships with all stakeholders
  • A Continuous Improvement mind-set with proven examples of identifying new ideas that drive improvement, problem solving and working collaboratively with others to identify a solution ideally within a Procurement (or similar) environment
  • Ability to compile data, analyse and propose recommendations through reports and presentations


Desirable:

  • Previous experience of working on Change/ Transformation projects in a procurement/supply chain environment
  • Knowledge of Lean skills - six sigma etc

The Digital & Technology Transformation Team:

Join a growing, specialist team within Air Procurement, focused on driving digital transformation and technology capability. Reporting into the Air Procurement Technology Group Leader, you'll collaborate across the Procurement SDU and wider business to deliver process improvements, enable data alignment, and support ERP transformation initiatives.

This is a unique team with specialist skills, subject matter expert opportunities, and clear progression as the team expands.
