We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our Evri Send team, in our eCommerce area. You will work with the Senior Acquisition Manager to drive customers to the Evri website using a range of acquisition strategies and expertise in leveraging channels such as programmatic display, paid social, affiliates and paid search. Initially, this role will have more of a focus on our programmatic display and affiliate channels, so having experience across these specific channels is key.
You will understand customer behavioural trends to optimise customer targeting, conversion and AOV from each channel to maximise return on investment. You will also use retargeting to improve new acquisition and to engage and retain previous and existing customers.
You will be accountable for:
Delivering best-in-class Programmatic Display, Paid Social and PPC campaigns to grow domestic and international acquisition for each of our target segments; from single parcel senders to regular high-volume shippers. You will help implement the plan to target these specific audiences, steer them to the website and convert them into sender Creating, implementing, and testing campaigns with a high attention to detail across various platforms including Google Ads/SA, Microsoft/Bing Ads, DV, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Day-to-day management and optimisation of the programmatic display channel via the DV platform. You will make recommendations on improving account performance through better audience targeting, ad placements and creative testing. Managing our 3rd party ad management platform to help us drive better performance from our display impressions. Supporting the team to drive a ‘test and learn’ approach across all paid media ad copy and creative. Effectively collaborating with marketing and in-house designers to develop creative content, landing pages, other assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Getting the maximum from our affiliate agency and setting clear KPIs to improve channel performance in order to achieve the commercial targets in plan. Using Paid Media and promotions to retain and grow value from existing customers and get previous customers re-engaged and back onto the site. Performing daily budget checks to ensure spend targets are being me Regularly reporting paid media performance to senior stakeholders. Carrying out campaign performance analysis and communicating campaign progress and results to team members. Working with our Analytics Manager to ensure paid media tracking and reporting is set up and working correctly via campaign manager and GA4. Actively contributing to weekly and monthly meetings whilst keeping abreast of industry news and updates.
To be successful in this role you will require the following…
Degree qualified or equivalent Google Ads certifications or other paid media qualifications (desirable) 2+ years' experience in a dedicated Digital Acquisition, Conversions, Performance Marketing role within a consumer facing (B2C or C2C) eCommerce environment. Strong knowledge across Paid Media (Search & Social), Display, affiliates Track record of growing channels and a customer base Experience managing digital agencies effectively (desirable) Previous experience with SA, Campaign Manager, DV and the wider Google product suite (desirable). Good experience working with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, FB Ads Manager, Programmatic etc. and skilled user of Google Analytics High proficiency in Excel and manipulating data from multiple sources Previous work experience in a retail environment (Desirable but not essential)
