Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This global Health & Fitness brand are looking to grow out their brand new ML & AI team by hiring their first Senior Machine Learning Engineer to report into their Global Head of ML & AI.

THE ROLE

As Senior ML Engineer for the business you will:

• Working closely with the marketing team to analyse customer data and build a Customer Lifetime Value Model
• Utilise that customer data to focus on Marketing Optimisation using various techniques (MMM, Looking at optimisation of Google & Meta ads)
• Get involved in MLOps and deploying ML models into production
• Help drive AI across the business with opportunity to help shape the team long-term

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Preference for Masters or PhD in a relevant subject
• Several years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist specialising in Marketing Optimisation – Necessity
• Experience with MMM’s beneficial
• Experience putting models into production and an understanding of the MLOps life cycle
• Good communication skills
• Tech: Python, SQL

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Basic salary £75,000-£100,000
• London office but remote role (within the UK) – would have to travel to London to attend important meetings
