We’re looking for a senior learning & development advisor - 12 month fixed term contract. Based at our Capenhurst site location you’ll develop a training policy and contribute to implementation, with the aim of encouraging employee development in line with organizational goals. You will also support and advise on the learning and professional development of the workforce, implement and execute processes and training offerings.

What you’ll do:

• HR Data Analytics and Insights
• HR Data Management
• Information and Business Advice
• Document Preparation
• Learning and Development (L&D) Program Design
• Learning and Development (L&D) Program Delivery

What do you need to thrive in this role?

• Previous experience working within Learning and Development
• Learning Management System (LMS) experience, preferably Success Factors
• Learning need analysis experience
• Previous experience of running training courses is desirable
• Assessment qualification or and understanding of assessment
• Planning and Organizing
• Action Planning
• Managing Complexity
