My Client, a market leading international de-watering specialist, is searching for a Senior Hydrogeologist to join an established team in Derby.

Applicants are required to have a BSc and MSc in Hydrogeology and have experience working for an Environmental Consultancy completing Hydrogeological Risk Assessments, Ground Water Monitoring and experience working on Geothermal or De-watering Projects.

You will also be expected to have experience in groundwater modelling, groundwater site characterisation and groundwater quantitative assessments.

Applicants must have a valid driving licence to attend sites.

This exciting role will offer you the opportunity to join an experienced team in Derby. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on varied Ground Water Monitoring, Ground Water Modelling and De-Watering Projects for Local Authorities, House Builders and Private Sector Clients.

You will have the opportunity to manage projects, support junior team members and complete technical/site work including;

-Desk-based studies.

-Field Monitoring.

-Planning and supervising site investigation works.

-Quantitative Risk Assessment.

-Hydrogeological Risk Assessments.

-Water Resource Assessments.

-Water Impact Assessments.

-Ground Water Monitoring.

-Groundwater Modelling using Modflow and implementation of remediation solutions for dewatering projects.

-Water Resource and Abstraction Impact Assessments.

This role comes with a competitive salary and benefits package. Hybrid working is available (4 days in the office).
