We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team where you will be instrumental in defining our software, team, and culture. As part of a small, dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the user experience and technical architecture of our platform.

You will:

1. Collaborate to define product requirements, technical specifications, and development roadmaps.
2. Design and develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as React.
3. Architect and develop scalable and maintainable back-end services and APIs.
4. Build and optimise database schemas and queries to support the storage and retrieval of application data.
5. Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation to continuously improve our DevEx and ensure the reliability and scalability of our platform.

Experience

1. Demonstrated proficiency with AWS and/or GCP cloud services and a deep understanding of building services and applications in Typescript.
2. Strong understanding of front-end architecture and design principles, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces optimised for analytics and data presentation.
3. Bonus: A history of building and integrating tooling to optimise and improve the developer experience.
4. Bonus: You’re an accomplished data engineer, fluent in Python or similar, who has designed and built data ETL pipelines and worked with large scale data sets.
5. Bonus: Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and experience deploying at scale.
6. Bonus: You have experience working on a GIS/mapping product.
7. Bonus: You’ve worked at an early-stage tech startup.
