As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements.

This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage process for our client roles. You'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Key Accountabilities:

Things you will do:

Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders
Map out the market to assist with the reduction of agency usage
Headhunt and engage a talent pool of suitable candidates for upcoming recruitment
Independent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process. Ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met
Make recommendations for best attraction strategies, fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable
Lead vacancy consultation discussions
Deliver excellent candidate experience; managing candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start date
Support the hiring manager with hiring decisions and guide them in determining an appropriate offer; lead the complex offer process and negotiations to close the candidate
Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriately
Proactively manage the future demand by facilitating demand planning meetings to discuss forecasts with client resourcing lead team
Build proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand. Reporting regularly on the progress of the Talent Pool
Actively participate in, or co-ordinates projects outside direct remit of responsibility

You'll need to demonstrate:

Experience across end-to-end recruitment delivery in Front Office - such as Private equity
Strong senior level recruitment experience
Solid understanding of attraction and candidate sourcing strategies
Headhunting experience across Investment Banking sector
Experience of working in a matrixed organisation
Strong administration and negotiation skills
Previous experience of managing relationships with sophisticated/senior stakeholders
Previous experience of handling complex hiring scenarios
Previous experience of working in a highly bureaucratic environment
Experience of formulating complex offers
