Role Summary

As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will be a visionary driving the strategic transformation of our business, application, and technology landscapes. With your exceptional communication, influential leadership, and technical expertise, you’ll craft and champion roadmaps that shape the future of our company. In this role, you’ll steer pivotal decisions for major projects, guiding processes, applications, and data strategies to success. You’ll play a key role in defining principles, setting standards, and building a robust architectural framework. From capturing the current state to designing the future vision, you’ll ensure our initiatives align with and propel us toward our ambitious goals. 

What You Will Do

Lead the complete lifecycle for enterprise architecture in the applications, business, data, technology areas, influencing strategy and providing thought leadership to IT and the Business Lead the business to make key decisions on cross-functional project scope, business processes and application and data architecture Network with peers across IT, Sophos and Industry to establish benchmarks, best practice and credibility Develop the Enterprise Architecture roadmap for the future of Business & IT Provide Architectural support, guidance and governance to the IT and Business teams, making sure they follow the Enterprise Architecture and Principles Lead design & project review sessions collaborating with IT Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and Business Stakeholders Assess vendors and be involved in the selection of vendors to implement the Enterprise Architecture Roadmap Support compliance controls and company policies within IT and the Business Provide advanced troubleshooting support for the IT and Business teams, including leveraging technical tools to analyse and resolve issues

What You Will Bring

Excellent communication & influencing skills to C & VP levels Experience working in Hi-Tech businesses, operating models and companies Experience of working in Enterprise Architecture across business, application, data and technology domains Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, to communicate effectively with non-technical people, and to exercise sound judgment concerning IT needs Knowledge & experience Enterprise Architecture modelling of business capabilities, applications, data and technology
