Your New Role...

We are seeking a Senior Director of Analytics to lead the team responsible for overseeing data analytics across Content, Subscriber Growth, and Market Portfolio analytics. As an integral member of the DTC EMEA Digital Analytics & Insights team, you will ensure the delivery of impactful insights from our platform data across the region, as well as being a key partner for Subscriber Growth functions and all WBD local market teams across the region.

The role requires exceptional analytical skills, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. The individual must be able to interface effectively with multiple levels of management, ranging from global and regional executives to colleagues in the Global Analytics and APAC/LATAM DTC regional teams, as well as individuals in the DTC organisation globally. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.


Your Role Accountabilities...

Champion the delivery of actionable insights delivering material improvement in business KPIs, from initial project scope to post-delivery implementation, ensuring collaboration and input from other teams within Analytics & Insights (Research, Business Insights) and from business stakeholders

Build upon existing roadmap and prioritisation processes, creating a consistent approach to prioritisation across all Analytics verticals and with business stakeholders

Build strong relationships with numerous global Analytics teams (Content and Subscriber Engagement, Marketing, Product, Subscription Analytics and Data Science), and identify opportunities for EMEA Analytics work to be deployed globally, or to drive global projects

Be accountable for technical robustness, consistency and accuracy of analyses across regional and local analytics

Be the EMEA point of contact for data sharing guidelines and optimise report and insights distribution accordingly, ensuring effective sharing of information within guidelines

Support data integration efforts for new market launches, as relevant.

Qualifications and Experience...

At least 10 years of experience

Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Social Sciences

Experience in Quantitative and qualitative research techniques

Broad knowledge and experience in data analytics and dashboarding

Ability to communicate effectively and influence decision-making with data and insights

Experience managing large Analytics teams (10+ people), ideally in the Direct-to-Consumer space

Demonstrable international project experience

Experience of working and interacting with Senior Executives in EMEA and globally

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
