Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of predictive models and data-driven solutions for business optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies.
  • Utilize optimization tools (IBM CPLEX, Gurobi) and statistical analysis packages (SPSS, SAS, R, Python) to derive actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging data science trends and technologies.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Proficient in PowerBI, Python, and SQL, with specific expertise in Databricks.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to direct cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholder anticipations.
  • Demonstrated success in promoting data-driven decisions and business enhancements.
  • Skilled in creating and interpreting data visualizations using PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with web-based analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
  • Understanding of Data Lake functionalities and architecture; solid relational database skills can serve as a suitable substitute.
  • Capable of handling substantial data volumes, with a minimum requirement of processing over 5 million rows.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with leading cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Knowledgeable about big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
  • Professional background in areas such as supply chain management, pricing, risk assessment, or fraud detection.
