Senior Data Quality Officer - Estates Management - Higher Education

We are urgently seeking a Senior Data Quality Officer/Specialist with experience in data improvement programmes within estates management. The role involves supporting a leading higher education client to enhance their estates data management practices.

The Senior Data Quality Officer/Specialist will engage with various stakeholders across all Estates functions to understand and prioritize data quality issues from operational and customer perspectives.

Responsibilities include supporting data owners and stewards in designing and implementing data quality improvement plans, and developing sustainable solutions to ensure measurable improvements in data quality.

Essential Experience

• 
  
• Experience in data quality analysis, improvement planning, data cleansing, and data governance within complex enterprise environments.
  
• Experience in data transformation projects, from discovery to delivery, achieving organizational change towards trustworthy data for operational and strategic decisions.
  
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate with data owners, stewards, custodians, business analysts, and technical teams.
  
• Knowledge of data improvement projects within Estates Management, Construction, Asset Management, Building Safety/Compliance, or similar fields.
  

Desirable Experience

• 
  
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
  
• Familiarity with industry systems such as CAFM, IWMS, CDE, or similar.
  

The role is inside IR35, offering circa £450-£500 per day DOE, with hybrid working arrangements (2-3 days on-site per month).
