Job Description

We are seeking aSenior Data Insights Managerto join our UK team. In this role, you will define and implement a customer and insights strategy, while leading the interpretation of platform data to generate meaningful, actionable insights for our customers.

A Bit About The Team And What You'll Deliver...

Reporting directly to the COO and CPO, as well as working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, we are seeking aSenior Data Insights Managerto develop detailed reports and analytics to deliver key insights to stakeholders. Utilizing data-driven storytelling, you will enhance engagement and drive the growth of the Trustonic proposition.

As aSenior Data Insights Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Champion a data-driven mindset, encouraging knowledge-sharing across teams.
  • Drive up customer utilisation of the Telecoms Platform service through the mining, distilling and presenting of key data driven insights that prove the efficacy and therefore clear ROI of the service.
  • Provide guidance to the technical data team on the what and why, to build the data insights that are required to support the needs of the business and our customers.
  • Create an overall data insights approach and plan to ensure a consistent pipeline of data insights and trend information is created for our customers and partners, as well as internal audiences.
  • Uncover our key customers business goals through regular discussions with the commercial teams to better understand and analyse the data and create data led insights, that can be shared per customer on the performance of the solution.
  • Create insight trend reports that can be shared by marketing and commercial team that supports customer growth and acquisition opportunities.
  • Create clear and insightful data led insight reports trend information and analysis - updated regularly to provide marketing and communications insights.
  • Be the customer facing data expert to support the commercial teams in their account acquisition and account scaling opportunities.

Who you are...

As aSenior Data Insights Manager, you will have the following experience, knowledge and skills:

  • 5+ years experience in market research.
  • Experience of qualitative and quantitative analytics.
  • Experience of understanding data sets, in order to communicate a compelling narrative to external audiences as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience in SaaS as well as mobile and telecoms.
  • Clear understanding of SaaS businesses, how they operate and how to monetise data led insights.
  • Experience of working with data analyst in order to drive out the insights required.
  • Experience of working with commercial teams and their customers to articulate data-led insights.
  • Track record of being able to grow and develop strategic relationships over time.
  • Proven track record of leveraging data to solve business challenges and inform strategy.
  • Skilled in presenting complex data insights in a clear and impactful way for varied audiences.

Qualifications
