Your expertise will be instrumental in creating personalized features, seamlessly integrating platforms, and delivering BI and reporting solutions that translate business requirements into intuitive dashboards and analytical data models.


Responsibilities


  • Design and implement Customer Data Management Platform (CDMP) solutions enabling a unified customer 360 view across multiple data sources while ensuring data privacy and governance compliance
  • Develop seamless integration between platforms for easy navigation and data distribution
  • Design and deliver CDMP solutions, enabling a unified customer 360 view across multiple data sources
  • Build scalable and optimized ETL/ELT data pipelines to integrate and process customer data from various systems
  • Design and deliver BI and reporting solutions, translating business requirements into intuitive dashboards and analytical data models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and ensure proper data utilization across the organization
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on data architecture and engineering best practices
  • Stay up to date with emerging data engineering trends and technologies, driving innovation within the organization

Bachelor's Degree


Required Technical And Professional Expertise


  • Extensive experience in data engineering, BI solution design, and data warehousing.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Cognos, Actuate, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Click, Scorecards).
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modelling, and data governance.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration technologies.
  • Proficiency in data pipeline design and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Technical And Professional Experience


  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Background in data science or IT consulting.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.).
