As a Senior/Lead Data Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of data engineering, driving technical excellence, and leading a talented team to develop cutting-edge data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of data infrastructure and ETL pipelines.
• Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, fostering best practices.
• Own the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability and innovation.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to coding and architecture.
• Optimise cloud-based data solutions, leveraging AWS or Azure.
• Utilise big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain advanced ETL solutions using cloud technologies.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in data engineering, including leadership roles.
• Strong programming skills in Spark, Java, Python, PySpark, or Scala.
• Hands-on expertise with Big Data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Proficiency in ETL tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
