Are you a data enthusiast eager to work on innovative solutions that impact millions? We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a high-performing data engineering team that places data at the core of decision-making and product development.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll own the design and implementation of robust data solutions that power intelligent decision-making and transform the customer experience. From leading the development of scalable data pipelines to championing automation and platform thinking, you'll shape the future of data within a fast-paced, agile environment.

You'll bring a passion for clean architecture, automation, and high-performance data products - and act as a mentor and technical guide to the wider engineering team.

What You'll Do

Design and build high-quality, secure, and scalable data products.
Implement technical strategies to ensure a future-proof architecture.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and introduce fit-for-purpose tools and practices.
Lead engineering practices across the team, ensuring standardisation and excellence.
Guide and mentor engineers of all levels, helping them unlock their full potential.
Liaise with stakeholders to shape clear, actionable data requirements - even when things are complex or incomplete.

What You'll Bring

Strong hands-on expertise in DBT, SQL, Snowflake, and orchestration tools like Airflow.
Experience with Azure Data Factory and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
Deep knowledge of agile data development methodologies and best practices.
A passion for automation-first thinking and platform engineering.
Proven experience in technical leadership and team mentorship.
Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
A curious, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
