  2. Expertise with AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift, and Step Functions.
  3. Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data warehousing best practices.
  4. Experience with data pipeline orchestration and automation.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to designing scalable solutions.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable things we like

  1. Experience with MLOps tools and practices, including model deployment and lifecycle management.
  2. Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or similar services for generative and agentic AI capabilities.
  3. Contributions to data-related projects or a portfolio showcasing complex data engineering solutions.
  4. Interest in sustainability and using data to drive environmentally friendly outcomes.

Package and Benefits

  1. Competitive salary, subject to experience, and share options giving you a stake in the company’s success.
  2. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  3. Opportunities for professional growth and skill development within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
