About the role



Are you a passionate technologist with a deep expertise in Databricks? Do you thrive on solving complex data challenges and delivering innovative analytics solutions? If so, EPAM is looking for a Data Analytics Consultant specializing in Databricks to join our dynamic team. This role will involve collaborating with clients to define their data strategy, implementing advanced data solutions and leveraging Databricks to optimize their data workflows.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and data requirements Design, develop and implement data solutions using Databricks Engage with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and secure project funding Translate complex business requirements into practical ML/AI solutions Provide hands-on implementation and support for Databricks Architect and deliver end-to-end data solutions Lead delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Drive revenue within the client/account portfolio by identifying opportunities and influence/sell-in EPAM services

Requirements

Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science or a related field or relevant work experience Extensive experience in Data & Analytics, particularly in building enterprise data and ML/AI platforms Proven expertise with Databricks, including hands-on implementation experience Strong background in solution architecture on major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements Demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders Ability to operate strategically while maintaining attention to detail Experience leading delivery teams and driving successful project outcomes Strong track record of developing and growing client relationships
