Purpose of the Job

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our global team and help shape our internal analytics, strategic sourcing and sustainability initiatives.

With a passion for delivering insights that drive strategic decisions and sustainability outcomes, you will be pivotal in us delivering reporting insights and solutions that drive performance for HH Global. There is a focus on strategic sourcing initiatives and sustainability goals for HH Global and you'll work closely with stakeholders around the globe to shape briefs, influence decisions and create impactful dashboards + reports that add measurable value.

Commercially minded and confident with understanding and translating project requirements from all levels of the business, you should be able to navigate complex business processes, systems and datasets to ultimately deliver rich insights that help answer key business questions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality dashboards, datasets and data visualizations that advance strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate assumptions, shape requirements, ensure alignment with business goals and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Thoroughly document processes and ensure adherence to established standards
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation in workflows
  • Lead effective scoping, design, execution, validation and timely delivery of new initiatives
  • Take ownership and global accountability for critical datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with data governance protocols
  • Demonstrate the ability to recognize and address challenges in both new and existing data processes, as well as respond to intelligence queries and resolve non-technical business issues
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, sharing expertise and insights with colleagues to enhance collective understanding and foster confidence within the department
  • Maintain advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools in the Microsoft Fabric suite and demonstrate adaptability to new technologies as required
  • Mentor and support team analysts, collaborate with management and oversee cross-departmental projects

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Advanced Power BI and Excel skills (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling and fabric storage)
  • Ability to tackle complex challenges, ask the right questions, and deliver actionable insights
  • Excellent analytics skills and interpretation/understanding of data and reporting
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement or commercial analytics preferred
  • Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and influence conversations
  • Exceptional accuracy in documentation and adherence to processes
  • Experience in leading client reporting solutions
  • Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements to existing projects
  • Experience of working closely with teams to deliver project outputs on time
  • Excellent communicator at all business levels
