About this role

Deel has grown from a contractor management product to a full-fledged HR platform in just five years, serving tens of thousands of global customers. As Deel continues its rapid global expansion, we are strengthening our localized go-to-market strategies by enhancing our marketing capabilities.

In this role, you will partner closely with marketing leadership, including Marketing Heads and Marketing Directors, to drive data-driven marketing strategy, optimize budget allocation, and set top-level marketing targets. You will take a holistic approach to marketing performance, leveraging cross-channel insights to inform investment decisions, guide marketing mix planning, and ensure resources are allocated effectively. Your work will directly influence how Deel balances marketing and sales efforts, driving efficiency and maximizing impact across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing Leadership as a strategic thought partner, guiding budget allocation and cross-channel marketing investments.

Collaborate with GTM Data team members, including Marketing Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Digital Analytics Managers, as well as Sales Operations and Marketing Operations teams.

Develop intuitive and actionable dashboards in Looker, providing a holistic view of marketing performance and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Design and track top-level marketing KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing marketing and sales team balance.

Own and refine marketing measurement frameworks, including Marketing Mix Analysis, to identify the most efficient channel and regional investment strategies.

Lead target-setting processes, ensuring marketing teams have clear, data-backed goals that drive efficiency and growth.

Conduct structured experiments to optimize marketing spend, improve cross-channel attribution, and inform strategic planning.

Generate insights and recommendations for marketing leadership to guide budget planning, headcount allocation, and performance measurement across teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

You are a deeply curious person. You love understanding how the world works and have a deep sense for business and strategy. 

Highly proficient in SQL and experience with self-service BI tools like Looker. 

3+ years of experience in marketing or growth analytics, with a proven track record of supporting marketing leadership (CMO, Marketing Directors) in strategic decision-making.

Experience with holistic marketing measurement frameworks, such as Marketing Mix Modeling, experiment design, and top-down/bottom-up forecasting.

Strong experience in marketing budget allocation, target setting, and cross-channel investment optimization.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to influence executive decision-making.

We especially would like to speak with you if you have:

Experience with tools like Snowflake, Salesforce, HubSpot, and dbt.

Familiarity with Python and other data science tools.

Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Fivetran, Funnel).

Prior experience working in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
