Their brands include household names across editorial, genealogy, and lifestyle sectors, and their Insights & Analytics team sits at the heart of this evolution.The Role This is a Senior Data Analyst role within the central Insights & Analytics team, ideal for someone who wants to work across varied product squads, delivering high-impact analysis to support subscription growth, editorial optimisation, and environmental partnerships. Reporting into the Head of Data Science, you'll collaborate with Analysts and Data Scientists to help shape data strategy across digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesWork cross-functionally with product, editorial, and strategy teams to deliver actionable insights.Use SQL and Python to analyse user behaviour, subscriptions, and engagement across digital platforms.Support ongoing digital acceleration projects, including the transformation of a flagship lifestyle publication.Contribute to high-profile initiatives such as sustainability-focused collaborations with government and private sector stakeholders.Model data from cloud-based environments (Snowflake, DBT) and build dashboards using Looker.Present insights clearly to senior stakeholders and executives, influencing product and business decisions.Help shape analytics processes and support the squad-based operating model.Skills & Experience Essential:3+ years experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.Strong SQL skills; experience working in cloud-based data environments (e.g. Snowflake).Experience with Python for data analysis.Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable with senior stakeholder engagement.Track record of delivering end-to-end data projects in digital environments.Desirable:Experience with DBT, Looker, or other BI tools.Background in media, digital subscriptions, or editorial analytics.Familiarity with audience segmentation, content performance tracking, or product experimentation.Interest in climate/sustainability or civic engagement projects.BenefitsUp to £60,000 base salaryFully remote with monthly in-person collaboration (London or Dundee)Collaborative team culture with cross-functional squadsOpportunity to work on high-impact digital and social change initiativesSupportive, forward-thinking leadership in a company investing in data maturityHow to Apply Interested?
