Senior Data Analyst role at Oodle Car Finance. Location options include Oxford or London. The role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with hybrid working (37.5 hours per week).
We welcome colleagues to join on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on what works best for you.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across the business to uncover insights and shape data-driven decisions.
  • Create analyses that inform direction or develop reporting dashboards that make monitoring and insights intuitive for users.
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships to ensure data is at the core of the business.
  • Support commercial growth while promoting fairness and transparency in data usage.
  • For part-time roles, work at 70% or more of full-time hours with a plan to spread time across five days.
  • Spend at least two days a week in the office and maintain general office hours.
  • Balance attention to detail with a bigger-picture view of how data impacts customers and the business.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with data.
  • Proficiency in SQL and analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, Excel).
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred).
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts and foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Prior experience in financial services or vehicle lending is a bonus.
  • Commitment to creating inclusive financial products that meet real customer needs.

Location & Hours

Based in London or Milton Park with occasional travel to other offices (including Manchester). Flexible balance of home and office working, with two in-office days per week recommended.
