Solid experience in analytics, with a focus on customer insight, commercial impact, and stakeholder communication.
Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, data model optimization, and workspace management.
Proficiency in SQL, knowledge of Databricks, dbt, and Fabric.
Strong knowledge of hospitality systems, booking flows, CRM, and loyalty platforms.
Experience designing A/B tests and interpreting statistical results.
Strategic thinking, independence, multitasking, and clear communication skills for non-technical audiences.
Experience with multi-site or international hospitality brands.
Knowledge of data science tools like Python or R for modeling or automation.
Ability to create predictive algorithms using demand and supply data.
A passion for gamification, loyalty mechanics, and behavioral economics.
What you'll get:
Competitive pay
Annual bonus
33 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
Flexible working arrangements, including venue presence, collaborative office work, and WFH Thursdays
Staff discounts in venues and free game hire
Regular socials, weekly venue lunches, learning and development sessions, quarterly team-building events, summer and Christmas socials
