We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst to help us unlock these insights and partner closely with teams across the business to drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the data relationship with business stakeholders
  • With support from the rest of the Analytics team
  • Reporting on our baseline performance and trends. Keeping our finger on the pulse.
  • Driving us towards a self-serve first culture
  • Reporting on complex experimentation
  • Close analyst-stakeholder relationships are the most crucial component of a well-functioning data team. Stakeholders should consider you part of their team.
  • Varied work across other data disciplines, e.g. dashboarding, AE modelling, business unit level deep dives and data sprints, supporting ML projects.
  • We make time for innovation, so if you have an idea, shout, and we’ll make the space.

  • While recognising the value of experience, greater emphasis is placed on finding the right cultural fit and individual capabilities for the role
  • Strives to set high standards and continually seeks opportunities for personal and team growth, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
  • Inspired by the prospect of contributing to industry innovation and eager to participate in reimagining the future landscape

Technical Skills

Essential

  • Proficient in SQL with a proven track record of handling complex data queries and manipulation
  • Demonstrable experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools, including the ability to create insightful and user-friendly dashboards and reports
  • Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) or similar data transformation technologies, with a keen understanding of data modelling and ETL processes

Desirable

  • A background in statistics and/or programming, with the ability to apply statistical methods and algorithms to extract insights from data
    • Especially surrounding experimentation
  • Familiarity with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, preferably in Python, R, or another programming language, enabling the development and implementation of predictive models and data-driven solutions
