About the Role:

We're hiring aSenior Data Analystto lead the way in analytical thinking and data strategy. You'll play a critical role in shaping how data is used across the organisation, helping teams unlock value and make smarter decisions.

This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic input - ideal for someone who's confident in their craft and ready to mentor others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimise complexSQLqueries and drive data modelling best practices
  • LeveragePythonandPySparkfor advanced data wrangling, pipeline development, and automation
  • Design and deliver high-impact dashboards anddata visualisationoutputs for business stakeholders
  • Translate business problems into data-driven solutions, providing clear insight and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, product owners, and business leaders to align on data needs
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data team development
  • Help define and uphold data quality, governance, and documentation standards

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
  • Deep expertise inSQL,Python, andPySpark
  • Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets in modern data platforms
  • Strong experience withdata visualisationtools and storytelling through data
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to challenge, influence, and advise with confidence
  • Comfortable mentoring others and contributing to team culture and growth
