Senior Data Analyst

with a strong mix of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep commitment to

Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic, cross-functional analytics projects with a focus on customer behaviour, experimentation, and commercial performance
Champion

data quality

by designing robust validation processes, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring confidence in all downstream reporting and analysis
Partner with engineering, product, and commercial teams to define KPIs, test hypotheses, and surface actionable insight
Drive the adoption of best practices across analytics, data management, and visualisation
Present insight to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, engaging, and commercially relevant way
Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigour, and knowledge sharing
Your Profile:
We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable in front of a stakeholder as they are writing complex queries — and who understands that poor data leads to poor decisions. The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience in a

client- or stakeholder-facing

data role
Expert-level SQL and Python skills for querying, analysis, and automation
Experience with

A/B testing , product analytics, or digital performance optimisation
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) for storytelling and dashboard creation
Understanding of cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Redshift, Athena) or similar
A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a passion for

data quality assurance
Background in adtech, telecoms, retail, or digital services is a plus
