Responsibilities and Duties

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will join a newly created Reporting and Analytics function within our Technology team. Working closely with the Engineering Team Lead for Reporting & Analytics, you will help to deliver ambition to bring actionable insights to our internal stakeholders and clients.

A few examples of projects ahead:

  • Creating metrics-based benchmarks
  • Creating visualizations to demonstrate the impact of fraud detection and enforcements
  • Working closely with our Data Engineering team to enhance accessibility and clarity of our data for better insights
  • Develop data-driven recommendations for our platform efficacy improvement
  • Your mission is to protect consumers and brands determining how to use operations data to drive business optimization enabling Corsearch to drive more value for our clients.

You will spend your time as below:

  • Hands on data analysis, insights generation and data analysis - 80%
  • Customer and User Engagement - 20%

Key Stakeholders:

  • Clients (reporting on the value delivered)
  • Product operations and technology instrumentation
  • Global delivery operations and instrumentation
  • Engineering, UX, and Data Science Teams
  • Brand Protection Experts
  • A love of data, analytics and problem solving
  • Hands-on experience working in data and insights focused roles.
  • Solid SQL coding level (Proficiency in Python is highly desirable)
  • Experience working with ClickHouse environment is a plus
  • Understanding of data modelling tools like dbt is a plus.
  • Understanding of key statistical analysis and data mining techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate complex data tables into actionable, digestible information
  • Curiosity and desire to learn
  • Ability to interact with data in application data stores, data warehouses, and within business intelligence tools as Google Looker, Metabase, PowerBI (or similar)
  • A desire to delight customers – you will have a deep understand of their needs but also help them to see future opportunities, including modern technology and new ways to combat scammers\' ever-changing behaviour.
