professional to shape and drive their analytics function.

The Role
As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be the go-to person for data insight delivery across both client-facing and internal operational reporting. Collaborate with the Product team to enhance the platform’s data services, including planning for a live, self-serve portal (Metabase)
Lead, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level analysts, helping to scale the team as the business grows
Drive continuous improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and analytical output

Previous experience in data analytics, with strong SQL, Python, and dbt skills
Experience delivering client-facing reports and internal performance insights
A background in a B2B business

A natural problem-solver with a proactive, collaborative approach
Strong communicator, able to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
