This year, we’re accelerating our roadmap and taking our products to the next level. We’re building new features like mutual funds, bonds, and family investment tools. We’re also exploring how we can leverage AI to deliver an even better experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and maintain data marts, dashboards, and reports to monitor key business metrics and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, finance and ops teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize business performance.
  • Develop and implement A/B tests and other experimental designs to measure the impact of new features and initiatives.
  • Mentor junior data analysts and promote data literacy across the organization.
  • Champion the adoption of data-driven decision-making and best practices throughout Freetrade.


About you

  • Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and creating compelling dashboards and reports.
  • Proven ability to connect KPIs and analysis to business outcomes, persuading stakeholders and using data to enhance decision-making quality across the company.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Proficiency in R, Python or Julia for advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and building repeatable data pipelines.
  • Experience with modern data stack tools like dbt for data transformation and data quality.
  • Exposure to cloud analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure.
