Job Description We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. This role will focus on delivering analytics projects for Zenith International clients, working across various industries and project types.
As a Data Analyst, you will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle—from data collection and processing to modelling, insight generation, and presenting findings. Your work will play a key role in influencing client decisions, making clear and actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Responsibilities Work on analytics projects, managing tasks from data collection to insight delivery.
Develop models and perform analysis to support client decision-making.
Present findings in a clear and compelling way, ensuring actionable outcomes.
Develop and deliver media optimization scenarios.
Collaborate with internal teams implement recommendations.
Contribute to the growth and ambition of a small, dynamic team.
Qualifications Degree in Economics, Statistics, or STEM field
Understanding of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and its impact on media planning
Experience with analytical techniques such as statistical modelling, data visualization, and trend analysis.
High level of proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
Strong problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of data modelling.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively.
Passion for using data to drive business decisionsand strategy.
Enjoys working in a small but ambitious team, embracing new opportunities and challenges.
Desired Skills
Experience in running MMM models.
Ability to tell the story behind the data.
Programming knowledge Python/R.
